  Where to park is not quite clear for starters. We only realized that parking was at the rear side of the place after we parked in the front parking lot. Then as we were walking into the lot a broken delapitated fountain fountain sadly greeted us. We walked inside and was greeted with friendly and cheerful staff. Our sandwiches were good and the lemon squares were amazing!!! When we left the first thing I saw as I started to walk the little garden path, was toys and a child's slide and play area. Not much like a tea garden . We walked up the little overgrown path that hasn't had any maintenance in quite a while it seemed and to greet us and the end of our tangly path walk were two hoses right in the path way that we had to try to walk over without breaking our necks. With just a little effort from staff, this could have been avoided. And when serving tea, tea buns, sandwiches, jams and cream and sweets. A cart would have been great because their was just too much clutter on our small table and fumbling around tryin to make room for our delucious treats. Not really a high tea experience but more like a day trip at Nan's house.
